Which type of Visa should she apply?

Hi, I am inviting a Philipino colleague to China (Shanghai) office for a period of less than one week for a training. Which type of Visa should she apply? Can she enter with a Tourist(L) Visa since it is for a short stay only. Please advise. Thanks.
