You may just register your marriage at the municipal Civil Affairs Bureau (Minzheng Ju) in Guangzhou in which your Chinese girl friend is registered on her Household registration book (hukou) with your single status certificate, birth certificate, three official style photos of you together, your valid passport and your girl friend's hukou. All of the requirements of you, except for the passport, should be translated into Chinese and notarized and authenticated by Consulate General of the Republic of the Philippines in Guangzhou first.

After you get married, you still have to apply for a visa to China until you are qualified to be granted a permenant residence permit of China.
