To visit the Canton Fair, you have to apply for an offical invitation from the official website of the Canton Fair first, and then apply for a China Business visa from the local China Embassy or consulate with the invitation letter, your valid ran passport, a fully filled China visa application form and round-trip ticket.
From Guangzhou Baiyun airport, no direct bus or subway. You have to take airport shuttle bus line 6 to Tianhe Building (Jinhan Bus Station), walk out of the station, turn right and walk for about 200 meters, you will arrive at the Tiyu Xilu Subway Station, take subway line 3 to Kecun, transfer to line 2 to Pazhou station.
If it is your first time to Guangzhou, I advise you take a taxi from the airport to the Canton Fair directly.
Hotels near the Canton Fair are such as Sha Xing Hotel, Casa Riva Hotel, Huiyin Hotel or Ramada Plaza Guangzhou.
You may just apply for a entry badge valid for multiple sessions to enter the fair from the officical website in advance.
