Indonesia has opened a consulate general in Shanghai ? Any address / contacts ?

I can't find such offiicial news from the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic Of Indonesia. There are only two Indonesian conuslate-generals in China, one is in Guangzhou and the other is in HK.
