About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

I wanted to know why i has marriage in china for about 6years and they still give me 3 mnts L visa ?

i thanks for your reply,but why in beijing it's one year and the small city behave so ,all it's beca
all it's because i am from africa or discrimination (racism)?my wife is from hebei shijiazhuang.we married for about 7 years and we have one daughter who is now 5 year two months now ,so why should they behave this way?any time i will travelled out side china i need to apply a new visa before i can come back again and at times i can't get the visa so i need to go back to my country and apply it from there begore i can come and see my family why? now .....................i want to take my baby to africa and leave my wife here in china ,if she wants to visit me and her daughter she should come to africa.i can't be wasting money like that always....thanks

Probably because of you nationality: there is a history of more West Africans overstaying or working on an L visa than with others.

Not sure why they would only give you 3 months. I was married and use to get 1 year L visa each time. They have since changed it and it is 2 years. This was in Beijing and I know different cities have different regulations. I would really look into this and see what the reason is. Good luck.
