About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I am Indian and my Passport expires on October this year. I live in Phuket. How to apply for?

You may just apply for a new Indian passport from the Indian Embassy in at 46, Prasarnmitr Sukhumvit, Soi 23 Bangkok withe the following documents:
1. Passport Application Form signed by the applicant and photograph (blue background) pasted at the space provided.
2. Two additional photographs 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm (blue background).
3. Original Passports with photocopy of all pages of personal particulars and current visa page.
4. Original Work Permit/Tangdeo (Alien Certificate)/Permanent Residence Permit with photocopy.


Authority letter if applicant cannot come personally.
