Where do we go to apply for a visa? What time is your office open?

You may just apply for the visa around one month ahead of your departure date.  The office hours of the visa office of the China Embassy in Philippines are 09:00 am to 11:00 am (Monday  to Friday, Except for Legal Festivals and Holidays )
