About:Chinese Embassy in Libya

How can i get appointment to submit my application please advise.

Dear sirs,
i went to china embassy to process my application ,unfortunately i found business in front of the embassy selling appointments to the public with 150 ld.
is that fair???

There is no official notice by the China Embassy in Libya that visa applicants have to make an appointment in advance. Thus, I don't think it's fair to sell appointment in front of the embassy. Maybe you can report it to your local foreign affairs office.
