About:Chinese Embassy in Cote D'Ivoire

sir am a nigerian residence in abidjan cote d ivoire over 14 years now and i paid my tax here

my company in china send invitation letter to me here in abidjan but the embassy here i abidjan said i should go to nigeria for the visa.
i have my business documents here which documents should i give the embassy in nigeria since am here in abidjan since over 14 years now?

Have you told the Embassy in Cote D'Ivoire that you have lived in abidjan for 14 years, and you have valid residence permit and work visa there, and you have paid tax to the local government? I think you can apply for the visa from the Embassy in Abidjan. You may try to contact a travel sgency or visa agent to enquire about this. It's indeed not convenient for you to apply for the visa in Nigeria.

Dear mary, thanks for your reply, yes when my company in china send invitation lether to me i went to the embassy here in abidjan i met one respectionist i show him my invitation lether he i should go to nigeria for the visa.then i sk him to direct me to consulat officer but he refuse.mary without contacting visa agent dont i have right to go direct to embassy and ask for visa since i have my valid document? if yes pls direct me to any visa agent you know.

Please go to the embassy in Abidjan again, show all the documents to prove you are a resident in this country, such as your business registration certificate, tax record, the residence permit, then your application will be accepted, you just showed the invitation letter last time, the person don't know that you are a resident there.
