what are my chances to get a tourist visa?

Hi i am a Filipino citizen my boyfriend is a German citizen,since he will be having a project in China as an electrical supervisor.he invited me to be there with him during his 2-3wks of stay.he will be shouldering all my expenses.what are my chances to get a tourist visa?thank u
