Caves in Yanan

Can i visit the caves in July and take photos and make a video of the caves and the people there?. Is there any government restriction on this? Is there a not expensive hotel i can stay in near the caves? I am American.

Yes,of course you can take photos and make a video of the caves and local people.And there are many hotels in the city but not near the caves.Maybe youcan get up ealy and teke bus to the villdge. have a nice trip~
