Is it possible on a single entry visa i land in Hong Kong enter mainland china and leave from Hong Kong later

it is ok for you to land in Hong Kong, then enter Mainland China, then return to Hong kong and leave from Hong Kong by holding a single entry China visa. Indian nationals don't need a visa to Hong Kong for less than 14 days visit.
