How to go by train from Guangzhou Airport, then to Meizhou?

Take metro line 3 to Guangzhou East Station and then take the train to Meizhou.
There are 3 trains from GZ East to Meizhou every day.
9:20, 19:30 and 20:30.
Travel time is about 5 hours.
