Transit Visa fee for Indian Government State Govt Official at Beijing

If he/she are holding diplomatic or official passport of India, then no transit visa will be required.
If he/she will stop in Beijing for less than 24 hours and he/she won't leave the airport ares during the transit, no visa will be necessary, too.

If none of the two conditions above, he/she will have to apply for a transit visa. The visa fee may very if applying from different place.
