Chinese Bank Card can withdraw Peso at your banks in Manila or not?

I will visit your lovely city, Manila, from Mar. 21 to 24th and have a Chinese Bank Card(Debit card).
I want to withdraw your currency at banks in Manila, if can, I don't need to carry so much amount of
currency. I am a Japanese living in Guangdong, so I have a Chinese Bank Card.
Thank you in advance for your assistance to this question. K. Imai

When traveling abroad, it is always ideal to carry more than one form of money. I think you can take with you some cash, credit card as well as the Debit card to avoid overseas transaction and currency conversion fees. At the same time, you'd better inform your bank that you will use your card overseas. Some banks, credit unions/companies might freeze customer's card used beyond certain range of their domicile.
