We are travelling to the Uk from Australia we go via   GUANGZHOU and then to Beijing and then on to The Uk Do we need a visa to enter the Chinese airports.

You don't need a visa to enter the Chinese airports if the period from arriving in Guangzhou to leaving Beijing is less than 24 hours. When you arrive in Guangzhou airport, please show your flight tickets and valid visa to UK to apply for a 24 hours stay permit. Otherwise, please apply for a China transit visa in advance.
