Internship visa

Hy, I have a question regarding the Chinese visa: I am currently a student and I am going to spend one year completing an internship in China. For what visa should I apply (according to the hotel I am going to work in, the business visa is only for 6 months and then I will have to return back in Romania to renew my visa. Should I apply for a work visa? Is this difficult to obtain? Thank You!

You should apply for business visa (F visa) for internship in China, however, it only allows you to stay in Chian for 6 months, the hotel is right, then you have to return to Romania to apply for a new F visa to enter China again. You can't apply for a work visa for internship, for work visa application, the Alien Employement License and An Official Invitation Letter of A Duly Authorized Unit are required, I don't think the hotel can get Alien Employment License for you.
