About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana

Hi am a bit confused about the details needed for a working visa

First do i need a bank statement to apply for a working visa
Secondly, are we required to answer all the questions on the form because there are some that i would find out from my employers when i get there. please ideally what are the very required credentials one need to fully prepare before submitting because i cant get the full details online and am coming from Kumasi so i would like to know all that i need before i get to Accra since we dont have an embassy here. thank you very much. and thank you for your time.

The requirements for China work visa application:
Original Visa Notice with official seal and authorized signature from an authorized unit in China
Employment permit issued by relevant bureau in China
Alien physical examination record (must be attested at court)
Photocopy and original passport valid for more than six months and with at least two blank pages
A completed visa application form V.2011A with one white background passport-size photo
A supplementary completed visa application form V.2011B

The first two documents should be sent by your employer in China. The bank statement is not required, you don't need to answer all the questions on the form, just fill N/A for the item not suitable for you.
