About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

can i still travel to china even if my inviter is not a chinese?he's a slovenian..

i had my sss id but no present contributions,,i don't have an itr too but i have tin no..i am a self employed here in the phils but only a subcontractor..i only have brgy bus.permit..my inviter will shoulder all my expenses including my insurance but my question is,can i still travel to china,just having the nbi,passport ,bank certificate of the inviter,,his invitation and copy of his passports?thank you

Your application will be denied, if you consider you are an employed applicant, an employment certificate, company ID, SSS ID and contributions, TIN ID and latest ITR are required, but you don't have the complete documents.

You are a subcontractor, I think you are a businessmen, you need to provide business registration of company, TIN ID and latest ITR.

Does the Slovenian inviter have valid chinese residence visa? If he has not the valid Chinese residence visa, he is not a qualified sponsor.

thank you mr jim..but another question again..this is vanessa again..
i think he has the valid residence visa because he works there a year ago and another 4 years again as the company director of the company he has now..he works in wuxi and living in an apartment in suzhou jiangsu..he had a china bank account too..now in my side my question is,,if i had my business permit and tin,with ITR BUT HAVEN'T APPLYED YET A BANK ACCOUNT,do the embassy will still reject my applications though my inviter will pay all my expenses there?

if you can provide your business permit and tin,with ITR, the embassy will accept your applications because your inviter will pay all expenses in China as your sponsor, the Slovenia should send you his bank certificate, sponsorship and invitation letter, copy of his valid residence visa and passport information page
