Ordinary passport holders of Singapore are allowed to enter China without visas for up to 15 days for tourism, including visiting family or friends, or minor business purposes provided they enter through nominated international ports. Thus, I don't think you need any visa even if you will travel Shantou, Guilin and Hangzhou.
However, make sure you have had return air tickets, financial proof and a valid passport when enter China.
have a nice trip!
