Chinese Visa for Canadians in Japan?

Hi, my name is Chris, i am living in Nagoya, Japan right now studying for 1 year with a Japanese student Visa. I want to go to China, but i dont know where to go in Japan to get my visa? i heard i can go to Osaka but the consulate there is apparently closed. So i guess i have to go to Tokyo. Do i need to go to the Canadian embassy, or the Chinese one to get a chinese visa? I hold a Canadian passport, and im not sure what i should do, get, and go. And can i get my visa mailed back to me in Nagoya if i go to tokyo? or do i have to travel back to tokyo to pick up my passport/visa if i got the chinese visa? also which forms do i need to fill out? is there a link or phone number i can call? thank you!

You need to submit your China visa application to Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Nagoya where you have been issued Japanese student Visa.
Address: 2-8-37 Higashisakura, Higashi-Ku, Nagoya, 461-0005 Japan
Tel: +81-052-9321098
Fax: +81-052-9321169
Email: mfa.gov.cn|chinaemb_

Mostly, they do not accept mail application, also, mail-back visa service is not available. Basic documents needed are your passport, application form Both Form A and Form B, photo, Japanese visa and their copies. Anyway, call them beforehand.
