About:China Visa

I wish to sponsor a friend from the Philippines to visit me in China for a short vacation

I am a British passport holder, working at a university in China for over 18 months. I have a residence permit, multiple exit visa, Foreign Experts Certificate and a Chinese bank account. Is this sufficient security to invite my friend to visit me or does she need to show she has money in her own bank account in the Philippines ?

As a sponsor, you should send her your said documents and sopies. She can submit visa application to Chinese embassy/consulate in her place. For more details, please refer to https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa-application-philippines.htm
