Regarding Chinese CitizenShip...

Hello! I am Kevin Wijeratna from Sri Lanka. This is regarding the Chinese Citizenship and I am having some questions to clarify. My Grand Father was born in China and He had to travel to Sri Lanka because of the war situation in China years back. He was married to my grand mother who is Sri Lankan. My mother used hold the Chinese Citizenship Until she got married. Once she got married to my father who is Sri Lankan, she had to cancel her Chinese Citizenship in order to obtain Sri Lankan Citizenship. Recently I got know that China is issuing dual Citizenship... Is this ture? If it is true please kindly guide me through this.
