I have a international passport, Govt GO & Note verbale, China invitation letter, visa application, air ticket itinerary but my passport is not official, I am a farmer. I shall go to China attend a Training Program and study Tour how the system get the China visa ?

Please don't worry, even though you don't hold an official passport, you can still apply for a business visa (F visa) to China to attend this training program and study tour. The requirements you listed are sufficient for you to obtain a business visa (F visa). If it is the first time for you to apply China visa, please submit visa application in person.
