The first thing is to find an offer from a China-based company and the company must be qualified to employ foreigners. Then you can apply for a China work visa with the Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit" or "Confirmation Letter of Invitation and the Chinese work permit provided by your Chinese employer as well as your passport, visa application form.
