The two entries have to be used before 8th March 2012. In fact, 8th March 2012 is the last date for you to use the visa to enter Mainland China, after that date, the visa expires, you can't use it to enter Mainland China.

If you enter China on 8th March 2012, you can stay in China for 30 days counted from the date of 8th March 2012. The duration of each stay is counted from the date of entry.
