About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

how can i help my sister in china to get out in prison?

my sister is in china for almost a year and lost her passport after 6 months and got TNT. supposed to be she will be going home here in the phil. last month but when she got interviewed by the embassy i don't have any contact with her since then,what are the things that wee need to do in order for her to get out in the prison? how much are we going to pay?pls... help me...
