Why don't you buy the return flight tickets? Maybe the Macau immigration will refuse you to enter Macau because you just hold a one way ticket. Philipinnes nationals are exempt from a visa to Macau for up to 30 days, maybe you will be issued a 30 days Entry Permit.

Philippine Citizens and other nationalities must provide round trip air tickets in Entering foreign country, unless individuals have obtained permanent residency status and/or have obtain Re-Entry permits which allows those people to enter the country with 1 way ticket.
