About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I am an Australian citizen presently in Seoul. Can I apply for Chinese visa here at embassy now ?

Do you have a Korean Alien Registration Card with at least 6 months remaining validity? Have you visited Mainland China in the last 2 years? Then I can tell you answer.
