About:Chinese Embassy in Papua New Guinea
Hi, I would like to know if I need a visa to go to Hong Kong for 5 days.
If so, what forms are applicable and how do I access them?

Passport holders of Papua New Guinea are exempt from visa to Hk for as long as 90 days, so you don't need to apply for any visa.
