Taxi Fare to travel from Hangzhou Airport to Hangzhou Railway Station

Could you assist me on how much the cost to travel..

Hangzhou Airport to Hangzhou Railway Station by Taxi - RMB ?

Hangzhou Railway Station to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station by Bullet Train - RMB ?

Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station to Le Meridian, Nanjing Road East by Taxi - RMB ?

Generally, it would cost about CNY100 to take a taxi from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport to Railway Station. It is highly recommended to take the airport shuttle bus rather than a taxi from the airport to the railway station.
It costs CNY78 for second class seat and CNY124 for first class seat of the bullet train ticket from Hangzhou to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station.
The taxi fare is about CNY50-60 from Hongqiao railway station to the hotel Le Meridian, Nanjing Road East . Well, it is much cheaper for you to take subway line 2 between them.
