Jamaican studying in the US applying for a China visa?

How does a Jamaican citizen resident in the US apply for a China visa? Does he/she use the 2011A & 2011B forms downloadable from the PRC Consulate in Jamaica, or the Q1 from the PRC consulate in the US? And does the application go to the US consulate or the one in Jamaica?

You may just apply for the visa from the nearest Chinese diplomatic and consular mission in your place of domicile. You can use the 2011A & 2011B forms download from the PRC Consulate in Jamaica or from the PRC consulate in the US, either is ok.
