Late Flight Transport Problem...travelling to hangzhou and our flight touch down around 1130pm

Hi, We're a family of 5 adult travelling to hangzhou and our flight touch down around 1130pm, What will be the best transport at this hour and how much does it cost?? Thanks

The airport shuttle bus is still in operation at that time. You can take it to the downtown area from the airport. It costs CNY20/person.
