what do I need to provide before getting tourist visa to China?

If you apply for a China tourist visa in Netherlands, you need to provide the following documents:
i) For citizens of schengen-states, provide original passport remaining to be valid for at least six months from the date of application and with sufficient blank visa pages. For citizens of other countries,original passport & resident permit of the Netherlands are needed.

(ii) One completed Visa Application Form with a recently-taken passport photo (48mm*33mm) stuck on it; If you are not a Dutch and apply for a China tourist visa in the Netherlands, the supplementary visa application form V.2011B is also required.

(iii) Air tickets booking records (round trip);

(iv) Hotel reservation;

(v) Itinerary;
