Can I drive my car out of China?

Can I drive my new bought KIA SPORTAGE-R which I bought in Shanghai out of China to Russia?

You need to go through the formalities to apply for relevant certificate and permits. I hear that the procedure is very complicated. You may go to the exit and entry offie under the local public security bureau to enquire about this.
