payment for chinese passport renewal

Question

For passport renewal, how should the 55 dollar money order or cashier check be made out? Payable to who? Also, should we put postage on the return mail envelope? Thank you.

Please use the Money  Order, Cashier's Check, Company Cheque, Mastercard or Visa Card to pay for $ 55 for the passport renewal, the payee is Chinese Consulate General in New York.  China consulate in New York doesn't provide mail back service, if you can't pick up the passport in person, you can entrust someone else to pick it up.
