can someone else pick up my 10 year old daughters Passport from the embassy in Toronto

I am unable to pick up my 10 year old daughter's New Passport from the embassy in toronto. Can someone else pick it up, and what do they need to show the attendant at the time of pick-up? Also, how much do I have to pay for the new passport

Yes, someone else can pick up your daughter's Chinese passport, please give the pink pick-up receipt to the person who collect the passport on your behalf. It costs CA$ 70 for normal replacement of passport, if her passport is lost or damaged, you apply for a new passport for your daughter, it costs CA$ 140.
