About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I am a Malaysian applying for China Visa in Spore. Can I apply before I buy the air-ticket?

Those who apply for tourism in China should provide round-trip airline tickets and hotel reservation, you have to book air tickets before application. You don't need to pay full payment for the ticket, but you have to book it.
