how to book online appointment with china embassy in feb month?

I am holding a Vietnamese passport and I want to apply visa to Hong Kong for vacation purpose. I understand from website that I need to book online appointment before I can go to China Embassy.The date I want to book is Feb 17th. However, the website is not working properly. There is no option on which date and which month I can choose from. Please advise how can I book online appointment in that case. Thanks.

For Hong Kong Visa Application, you don't need to book online application before you go to China embassy in Singapore. You can submit Hong Kong visa application directly to the embassy. If you don't hold a diplomatic, official/service passport and want to apply for a China visa at China embassy in Singapore, you need to book online appointment. Oridinary passport holders applying for China visa should go to Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Singapore to submit application.
