About:Tips on Hot Spring

Tell me how to get from downtown Sanya to Nanyang hot springs, other than a taxi?

I think you mean Nantian Hotspring instead of 'Nanyang'. If you won't want to take a taxi, then Bus No. 5 can also take you there from Sanya City.
