Does the $55 postal service fee apply to each visa, so each visa for a couple will cost $115 by post

Yes, AU$55 postal service fee applies to each visa, it costs Au$ 115 (AU$ 60 for single-entry fee + AU$ 55 for postal service) per applicant, if both of the couple want to get a China visa per person, it costs Au$ 230 in total
