I live in Winnipeg. where would I submit my visa application? Can I mail it in?

Winnipeg, the capital and largest city of Manitoba, is under the consular districts of China Consulate in Toronto, please submit application to Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Toronto, you can send your passport, all documents required and the pre-paid return Canada Post Xpresspost envelope to the Center (Address: Suite 1501, 393 University AVE., Toronto, ON M5G1E6, Canada) only through Canada Post Xpresspost envelope.
