PROCESSING TIME: Please allow at least TWO WEEKS for the processing of your passport application.

An application for a new passport to replace a missing passport/lost passport shall be accompanied by a police report and an affidavit setting out the circumstances of the loss of the original passport, in addition to the other usual requirements for the issue of a passport, such as a duly completed passport application form, four passport size photos and other relevant document (birth certificate) All supporting documents must be submitted in original, not a photocopy. Such original documents will be returned to the applicants.

It costs 1, 500 RMB

Joyce, I think you should go back to Ghana to apply for a new passport. You'd better ask the police station what documents you are required to get back. After getting back to your own country, you can apply for a new passport.
