China visa requirements for unemployed applicants

i would like to apply for a tourist visa in beijing for 4 days, i am currently unemployed i will be travelling with a friend who is a senior citizen and she has a 150,000 pesos in a bank. is it possible if she will sponsor my trip what are the requirements needed in order to get a visa. even unemployed i have all the requirements needed and also the bank certificate with the amount of 100,000 pesos but my worry is that i am unemployed. is it possible that china embassy would deny you because you are unemployed but you can provide all the rquirements needed. thanks a lot..

She can't sponsor your trip because she doesn't work or reside in China. China embassy in Manila won't deny your application for the reason that your are unemployed. If you can prove that you are able to burden the expense in China, it is still possible for you to get a tourist visa, provide the round-trip flight ticket, hotel booking and bank certificate with the amount of 100,000 pesos.
