what is the cost for 4 single entry tourist visa for sept 30th 2012?

we are travelling with Sinorama travel agency in Montreal,on a 14 day trip to China sept 30th- oct.14 2012; they are charging us $100p/p.for the Chinese visa.  If we go to Ottawa on our own  to fill in  our application; what is the total cost person ?Do we get the visa right away? how long does it take?Do they mail it to us?or do we have to pick it up?

It costs CA$ 50 per person for a single-entry tourist visa to China, it costs CA$ 200 for 4 single-entry tourist visa. If you want to pick up visa on the same day of submitting application, China embassy in Ottawa charges extra CA$ 50 per person, the total fee per person is CA$ 100. For regular service, it takes 4 working days. The embassy doesn't provide mail back service, you have to pick it up.
