Good afternoon Sir ,Madam.I just wanna ask that how long does my friend need to go back in Macau after he went back home to Philippines.,co's he was overstaying and in his passport was written like this 236,2012.What does it mean?

Normally, an individual who overstayed in Macau and was fined and regarded as an illegal immigrant, is not permitted to make any application for Residence Authorization, extension of Authorization to Stay and Authorization to Stay for Non-residents within two years. There should be period indicated in the deportation order, during which you will be not allowed to enter Macau.
