I'm afraid it's hard to get a China visa from the China Embassy in Bangladesh if you don't have a residence permit of Bangladesh, but it all depends on the staff in the Embassy, so kindly advise you consult them directly. If you can't get the visa, I advise you apply through the China Travel Service Hong Kong Ltd (CTS).
