Dear sir,I work for a US base company,we manufacture our products in china currently I hold a 2 years visa to china.What are the requirement needed for a malaysian to apply for a workpermit in china.

The work permit can be applied from the local Foreign Experts Bureau with the following documents:1. A full-filled application form for Work Permit of Foreign Experts to Work in China. 2. Resume (incl. schooling record and work experiences).3. Certificate copies of highest schooling record or special qualification.4. Health certificate of the foreign medical units notarized by the Chinese embassies and consulates overseas, or the quarantine units appointed by the Chinese government.5. Hiring agreement of contract.Some other documents may be also required according to your personal status. You may entrust your employer to apply the work permit for you.
