You will leave the ship to visit Shanghai, won't you? Then you will have to apply for a double entry China visa. The visa can be applied from the China Embassy in Philippines or Consulate-general which your area is under the Jurisdiction. A double-entry China visa costs 2100 peso for filipino passport holders if applying from the China Embassy in Philippines.
