I'm a Singaporean divorcee, what do I need to do to register the marriage in China?

Hi,

I have the 'Certificate of Making Interim Judgement Final' issued by the Surbordinate Courts of Singapore to certify that my marriage has been dissolved. Which are the documents that would be required to register the marriage in China, with the intention of living in China thereafter ?

Any advice would be most appreciated.

You may go to the office in the jurisdiction in which the Chinese partner is registered on her or his hukou (户口) to register your marriage with the following documents:
1. Single Status Certificate or your 'Certificate of Making Interim Judgement Final'
2. Birth certificate
3. Three official style photos of your and your wife/husband together
4. Your passort
5. Your Chinese partner' Household registration book (hukou)
6. service fee
You may see detailed information about this at https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/marriage-registration.htm
